Great Japanese style hotel located centrally to shopping and main tourist areas. We stayed over the weekend and enjoyed our time. The room was spacious and well maintained and cleaned. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Would recommend staying at the Okura.

A wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok We had a wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely well looked after throughout our visit. A special thank you to Niek, the General Manager, who went out of his way to greet us and check how we were enjoying our stay. That personal attention made a real difference and reflected the care we experienced from the team. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa. The perks included in our packages added great value to the experience, while the reasonably priced airport transfers made getting to and from the hotel easy and convenient. The location was excellent, providing a great base for enjoying Bangkok. Above all, it was the warmth of the people and the thoughtful service that made our stay memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend the hotel.

Everything at this hotel was perfect. Staff was very friendly, efficient, made us feel welcome and at home. They had world cup TV set up in the lounge to watch, the pool was quiet and serene and a beautiful spot to relax mid afternoon. Great location by Central embassy Mall - the breakfast was plentiful and impeccable. One of our new favorite hotels.

I had another wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the BTS. The rooms are spacious. The staff are always kind, friendly, and happy to help with anything. Their service is one of the best parts of the hotel. The gym is excellent, with modern equipment and everything needed for a good workout. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Lovely stay at Okura made all the more exceptional by the service of the staff especially the Night Manager and Duty Manager. We arrived at midnight to check in and the room allocated to us smelled of smoke. The hotel had full occupancy so they moved us to another room in a lower category for the night but the next day upgraded us to the most amazing suite. We enjoyed every bit of our stay, with clean and very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The service from the staff is what makes Okura a special hotel. Thank you again. We have had an unforgettable stay at Okura and hope to visit again.
