We were a group of 5 people that stayed here. Our room was prefect and it had such a large patio. We sat outside to eat dinner. The sandy beach was literally walking distance and was wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

It’s a decent place, bed is comfortable but tv has no wifi and there’s no on site beverages except a small bottle of water in fridge and couple coffee capsules and teas. That was nice. A bit dated on linens, towels are very rough. The top cover from bed appeared unclean but maybe that’s just a visual thing. It’s a nice enough property for a sleep. The one thing I can warn you on is the air conditioning unit is certainly not clean. It completely blocked my nose. I even tried it again in the morning and same thing. Their ride to airport is same as cab but it’s super easy and a nice ride. If you find a stay that includes free shuttle and it’s less than $200 it might be better. Stay for 1 plus ride to airport and taxes was approximately $160

We stayed there only one night for transit back to US. Fiumicino is a small quiet town with a lot of good restaurants in walkable distance, 10 minutes walk to beach.. The house has an elevator so it is convenient to take the luggages to the room. The room is very spacious and clean with large balcony. Maria is nice, and arranged a 4:00 am Taxi to airport. She kindly provides water bottles, coffee and tea in the room. However the shower is small and includes basic liquid soap only and 2 bath towels for 3 people.

We stayed here the night before our return home and glad we did. It's clean and comfortable and has a large terrace. Just a five minute walk to the beach. For 20 euros, we got a drive to the airport the next morning. I recommend this.

Close to the sea with a lot of quaint restaurant's and bars. Walk on the beautiful beach was relaxing. We chose a place too far from Rome but we enjoyed the evening.

We stayed one night in this property as we flew in from Dubrovnik and had to fly home the next day so proximity to the airport was key. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. She arranged for transfer to the airport the next day for 20 Euro. This was a relief as we were just scammed by the taxi driver from the airport to the guesthouse. There are many restaurants in the area and the beach is really close. The property surprisingly has an elevator but the space itself was a little shabby.
