"This property was walkable to centre of Rome. The rooms were decent, however had poor lighting. Bathrooms were spacious but low water pressure for shower. We were on the third floor and thankfully there was an elevator to take our luggage upstairs. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There's a safe in the room, but is not bolted down. "

"The room itself was very nice. It was a good size for a single person and would be for a couple. The bathroom is kind of small (especially the shower) but overall is very nice as well. It's extremely walkable to Termini and to other tourist areas (20 mins to Trevi Fountain and another 10-15 to the Colosseum). What is kind of a downside is that you have to go to another property to check in and reach the staff but overall they're very friendly especially the cleaning lady! "

"A perfect location to the colosseum, trastevere, and a short walk to treve and the Spanish steps. The staff was amazing and the rooms were awesome! The only hicup is they do not have 24 hour staff and our car that was supposed to take us to the airport was scheduled wrong, but honestly accidents happen and it didn’t impact our stay. "BEWARE: Room advertised listed A/C. There was no AC in the unit and the only thing they offered was for us to sleep with the windows open. The room was still warm, even though the staff member assured us it would be very cold. Rome is loud at night, so sleeping was not an option. Tons of stairs to climb, confusing to find their office. Unfortunately it was a last minute reservation and we had no other choice. Would not recommend. STAY AWAY! "

"We stayed at the Hotel Madison for 28 days whilst we had a look around Italy. The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. The air con was great and we had a room at the back of the hotel where there was no street noise and the location is perfect. Right opposite Roma Termini so it was nice and handy"
