"We stayed at Antica Locanda dell'Orso with this being the last stop in a world tour. Overall, it was ok. We found that the walls are extremely thin (we could hear anyone and everyone come and go), There was what looked like mold in the bathroom, and as for being labeled "luxury rooms", it's far from it (I'm sorry but its true). "Great location and excellent communication by the host. The room is ample by European standards. Getting to the room requires codes on three separate doors, but it seems to be common in the center of Rome and its historic buldings. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was just what we were looking for. Walking distance to most areas and many dining and shopping areas close by. Matteo and his staff made us feel like we were home not in Rome. The room was plenty roomy and the rooftop area was amazing. We will definitely return the next time we are in Rome and recommend it to our friends."

"It was very noisy in the night, with garbage trucks and people shouting in the street with disregard for people sleeping nearby. (Easter weekend) As women travelling, we did feel safe staying here-everything locked up tight and Mike the attendant present and helpful. Spraying faucet needs repair. Room super clean."

Also, getting to the city is very easy, as there is a bus stop right in front of the property. The 246B bus takes you to Cornelia metro station.
