"It was a good location, everything was reachable by walk. Apartment was nice but only problem was it is located on the 3rd flood and for the guest of merulana it’s strictly prohibited to use. Water was warm during the day if you will take show but by the evening it was okay. Rest i would say it’s value for money. We really enjoyed our trip. We highly recommend if someone is travelling with their family or friends. It’s good for 4 person."

"Apt was simple but provided all a family of four needed to enjoy the sites of Rome. Very large bedrooms an newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. There is a great coffee shop close by along with restaurants and The Coliseum is walking distance. Host was very helpful and was in communication from the beginning to the end of the stay. Very enjoyable vacation!!!"

"Prima appartement en uitvalsbasis voor tripjes. Het is een aanrader om van de shuttle service van het appartement gebruik te maken. Vlakbij is een geweldige en grote ijssalon die je niet over mag slaan!! Ik had wel veel last van het lawaai, dichtbij een druk kruispunt en blijkbaar dichtbij een ziekenhuis want de ambulances reden voortdurend met hun sirenes langs. De anderen hadden daar minder last van. De bedbank is aan vervanging toe. En eigenlijk ook het bed in de rode kamer. Maar als je jong...

"Fantastic place for a family of 4. Local and away from tourism we enjoyed local fare and quiet city streets. Fabrizio was a fantastic host, meeting us at the door when arriving he gave us a wonderful tour of the home. Fabrizio also helped with local dining suggestions as well as ideas on sight seeing."

"A special thanks to Fabrizio for helping me check in and out so easily. I really enjoyed the croissant! The covered balcony was lovely and I could use it even when it rained. I had everything I needed and a nice quiet place to sleep. The washer/dryer was quite impressive and helpful too! Thank you again!"
