"The front desk staff were very helpful and walked us through our hotel charges. They arranged our transfer to the port. Made the experience easy and effortless. Only negative we had was, our room AC wasn’t cold as what the temperature says on the thermostat. In the evening, we opened the window to get some cool air into the room. Other than that, the stay was nice!"

"The room was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The bar was nice to have however there were inconsistencies in service - only one out of 3 times did we get happy hour snacks included with our drinks, and once I noticed I was charged full price for the happy hour drinks (resolved with a ‘free’ drink only after I had to prove I purchased them in the generous 4 hour time frame even though it 2 hours into it and I had ordered only 10min prior). The iron in our galley was missing for 3/4 days we were there which was annoying. And I had to go up and ask the bar staff to restock the coffee cups one morning. All in all we had a nice stay but there are definitely some kinks to iron out (if they can find an iron that is), especially for the price."

"We were greeted immediately by the front desk staff who kindly checked in our bags to drop off before our room was ready. They suggested things to do in the meantime and were very polite. Being our first time in Rome, this spot was close to the metro and the Leonardo from the airport. The rooftop bar was beautiful and perfect for a drink before going out. The room was bigger than expected, especially compared to others in the area. Overall the say was above what we expected and were very pleased with the hotel"
