"Clean, spacious room, including a spacious bathroom. In the bathroom: slow drainage, whistling pipes, stained towels, worn & weathered tub; but lots of natural light, plenty space, great smell upon entering (maybe from the garden below). In the room: large Samsung television, plenty of lighting options, king-size bed (2 doubles), clean linen, and entertaining sounds of the street below, including live music past midnight; but creaking floorboard and a floor somewhat sunken toward the center. In the hallway: banging from maintenance in adjacent rooms, though no notice upon check-in. Of the staff: most were available to help though no eager."

"The property closed to the Roma Termini and friendly staffs. But the WiFi signal was very weak and it never work. Check with the receptionist and they supposed to send a technician to checked it out, but the technician never came. I unable to booked my train ticked and check in for my flight. It was very disappointing."

"The staff were professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were excellent. The view from the roof top restaurant was picturesque. The cost of the morning breakfast was a bit steep considering what was offered would be the tiniest negative. The location is perfect to experience all that Trastevere has to offer. Would definitely stay here the next time in Rome."
