The rooms were quite small but clean, comfortable and well appointed - no issues there. The service is what lets this hotel down. The breakfast staff were excellent and cheerful. Some of the reception staff (one in particular) were a little rude and uninterested. For example, next to the reception desk the hotel advertised the euro final to be shown on their roof top bar, we asked at reception for details only to be told they know nothing about it and to go ask at the bar ourselves. Up we went (reception could have phoned) and eventually found someone to speak to and we booked a table in the bar for the euro final. When we got to the bar the following evening before the game there were no reserved tables and no staff serving drinks, neither did they seem interested in serving us. We went and watched the game in our rooms. the following evening after a long day touring the sites we tried to book a table at the restaurant only to have them hang up on us. When I called back I was told that means they have no tables available!? The hotel is well situated, Trastevere is a great place to hangout in the evenings with some of the best restaurants in Roma. The hotel is expensive and I expected better service. Also VIP access means nothing here.

Very nice hotel and has a great rooftop bar with nice views and garden terrace on ground floor. Room was super nice and very clean. My only complaint is service was sub par. They didn't answer the phone when I tried to dial the front desk and when I tried again, I got stuck on hold and they never picked up. When I finally got a hold of the front desk they told me I was supposed to dial "9" vs "0" for help, but that was not posted anywhere. Otherwise really liked the place and location is great!

I thought the neighborhood was questionable. Additionally this hotel is marketed as a 4 star hotel when it was no more than 3. Shower was not to my liking and did not have a bathtub. Also, hotel does not have shuttle service.

The hotel is clean and pretty and the stuff is wonderful. The food and nightlife in that area is fantastic, you are within walking distance to all the Restaurants and bars but the area itself is very rundown. There’s a lot of graffiti everywhere. The hotel location is a bit far from all the main attractions so be prepared to walk along distance or take a taxi to main attractions. I would recommend taking a taxi to the hop on hop off bus.
