The staff was above and beyond amazing. They really made the hotel a wonderful place to stay. Every single person that worked there was kind helpful and hospitable. We were completely spoiled. Amazing stay at Hotel Chapter Roma. They upgraded us to a better room upon arrival, brought our luggage up to the room, the staff brought us personally to the room to show us its features and then came with two glasses of Prosecco and a personal welcome note. The staff were friendly throughout the entire stay, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is great. And the overall atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome.
