"All staff members, including receptionists, restaurant, bar and room cleaning were excellent. I wish that I could say the same for American hotels.
We felt welcomed at all times. It was a great experience."

"Our trip started rough due to our delayed luggage.
Thankfully, the hotel offered self-service laundry that allowed us to get through the first couple of days while we were able to purchase new clothes.
The level of cleanliness and customer service was amazing. I recommend purchasing the daily breakfast option since it includes a variety of choices for everyone, and it’s definitely worth the money.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, 7 min from the train station, 1 min from a grocery market, 4 min from a pharmacy, various restaurants, and it’s very close to a few historic sites. We actually walked to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum.
They will also help you arrange airport pickup or provide taxi services. We paid $15 to visit the Vatican.
The stay and staff were amazing, and I’m very appreciative of how kind and helpful everyone was. "
"This was a very classy and comfy hotel. You felt like you were in Italy because of the history and details of the property. The staff was wonder. Very centrally located."
"This was our second stay at Unahotels during our 3 week stay in Italy. We flew in and our of Rome and used the train system as well, both airport and train station were easily accessible. The hotel is lovely with nice breakfast and excellent staff! Very convenient walking to many things to do and see in Rome."
