I truly cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. They went above and beyond. They were friendly and kind and the cocktail I had at the hotel bar was the best I had in Rome. Love this place!
Exceptional. The staff -everyone from the chamber maids, bar man, breakfast staff and reception were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, the bed was wonderful found it harder each day to draw myself out of it!
Very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone and truly hope to return.
This property is no where close to the level it is being advertised by Expedia. I paid arm and a leg for this based on the reviews but it is an old property. It smells. Towels have strings coming out. It’s not clean. It should be taken off from Expedia’s website.
I chose this hotel on Expedia due to its location and I am so very glad I did! There is no drive up appeal however, once you are there the entire hotel is beautiful! The staff was amazing especially everyone behind the check in desk. So very helpful - even walking me to the end of the block and pointing out my destination! Cannot recommend them highly enough!
What a lovely and easy stay in Rome. I had more questions than usual for a quick stay after our flight was several hours delayed but the staff was so highly responsive and provided great tips on a seamless arrival. Breakfast was wonderful, even with special Easter decor. Would certainly stay again!
