4.4/5 Wonderful! (449 reviews)
"I "study" when I'm looking for a hotel ... and Rome has a ton of them. This hotel exceeded all expectations. It was much nicer than even the photos relay. I usually spend a lot more on hotels and this superseded most of them. The staff were so kind and accomodating. The breakfast spread went on and ..."

"Old building but well maintained an some cool upgrade, feels like you are in the past. Checking a little hectic since I had to go thru the stairs with heavy luggage but other than that it was great, and excellent location."

4.4/5 Excellent! (646 reviews)
"Beautiful hotel with old world charm. Staff was friendly for the the most. I cannot recommend using the concierge to book tours. We asked them to book a tour in the morning and when we got back to the hotel that evening they said all the luxury cars with drivers were booked as were all the guides. ..."

4/5 Very Good! (908 reviews)
"The air-conditioning during the heat wave we had was excellent. The WiFi was very good and supported me working from the hotel. It's a great neighborhood. One negative. the elevator gets stuck on landing if another guest doesn't close the door properly."

"All staff members, including receptionists, restaurant, bar and room cleaning were excellent. I wish that I could say the same for American hotels.
We felt welcomed at all times. It was a great experience."

"Our trip started rough due to our delayed luggage.
Thankfully, the hotel offered self-service laundry that allowed us to get through the first couple of days while we were able to purchase new clothes.
The level of cleanliness and customer service was amazing. I recommend purchasing the daily breakfast option since it includes a variety of choices for everyone, and it’s definitely worth the money.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, 7 min from the train station, 1 min from a grocery market, 4 min from a pharmacy, various restaurants, and it’s very close to a few historic sites. We actually walked to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum.
They will also help you arrange airport pickup or provide taxi services. We paid $15 to visit the Vatican.
The stay and staff were amazing, and I’m very appreciative of how kind and helpful everyone was. "
