Air conditioning would not shut off on either unit, elevator was down 3 of our 4 days, had to repeatedly request regular coke instead of Coke Zero. Food was meh, we won’t return

Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.
