We had a great stay at this resort. The resort itself was wonderful. The amenities were great and I had an excellent massage. I did not get the pedicure that I paid for, but they did reimburse me the difference. I also think that the food could be improved since this is a five star resort who didn’t live up to those standards.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The food was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The kids had so much fun, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The resort restaurants offered delicious meals, although the buffet could use some improvement. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and, most importantly, swimmable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa experience was excellent, especially the hydrotherapy and massage services. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be returning!

This was a tremendous experience for me as a solo traveler. I was afforded the privacy I desired with the option for fun activities and wonderful food. Great locations; staff always helpful. Amenities, food quality - excellent and consistent! Many staff members deserve honorable mention; Daniel, Victor, Sergio - bar tenders. Lizo's staff - front desk and waiters - made my birthday dinner VERY special. Brass restaurant - ALWAYS busy, but staff would not let you notice the stress that is placed on them by always overbooked schedule. Spa staff - wonderful; estheticians and and valet staff. Our stay was good. Nice resort, good food. They have good staff but some staff have attitude problems. Omar who is outside helping with baggage and welcoming guest. He told us to move our luggage when we just landed. He should have done it. Also when we were going out for excursions we requested drop off in golf cart to next resort and he was rude to us.

The room had a stained couch, food under it when we arrived. The shower knob was broken and took 20 minutes to get hot. The sink was clogged. The wall outlet cover was broken and the outlet didnt work as well in the restroom. Everything else was good but the room.

Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids. This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean. However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. Also, this resort has many private events with noisy music over 10:30pm. This resort has many pools, but they are bit small. If you want to enjoy swimming in the pool, it will be a disappointing. Even I am a gold member, no room upgrades was little disappointing to me, but I already reserved top notch room, it was understandable. Overall, very good resort for family.
