This is my second time staying here, and I can honestly say I love EVERYTHING about this resort! From the amenities and amazing staff to the food, spa, and entertainment, everything has been wonderful. But my absolute favorite part is the beautiful beach! The water is so calm with barely any waves, which is exactly how I like it. It’s the perfect beach for relaxing, floating, and just enjoying the water without having to fight the waves. There’s a reason I came back for a second time, and I would absolutely return again. Such a relaxing and beautiful resort with so much to offer. Highly recommend!

The beach was beautiful however the hotel was dirty, we had mold in our room. My father in law had items stolen from his room as well. The food just ok. Everything tasted the same at every restaurant. Even the preferred club restaurants tasted like they took food from the buffet and just plated it for us. The staff were nice and attentive however overall we would never return.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The resort is somewhat on the smaller side, but it was still very nice. One drawback is the restaurants are only really open for dinner. So breakfast and lunch is usually the buffet. But the pools and beaches were great.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were helpful, genuinely kind, and friendly. The drinks were delicious, and we enjoyed the food as well. This was my first time in Cancun, and it was such a nice experience. I had a wonderful time relaxing, spending time with my family, and making some great memories. ❤️ One thing I would have loved was having more fresh fruit available throughout the day. It would have been nice to be able to grab a plate of fresh fruit whenever we wanted. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. While there are always little things that could make an experience even better, the beautiful resort, friendly staff, and time spent with family made this a vacation I’ll always remember. 🌴☀️❤️
