"Despite an electrical issue on the first night, the management team responded quickly, arranged an alternative stay at another property, and even coordinated a taxi pickup the following morning with clear communication. While the start wasn’t ideal, the remainder of my stay at the property exceeded expectations. "Wonderful stay at Maison Roma Piazza di Spagna. The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk to major attractions and right in the heart of the designer shopping district, yet tucked away on a beautiful street that stays very quiet at night.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was available, though we chose to eat out to explore local cafés.
