"Charming and elegant historical hotel in the heart of the city. Walked to Trevi Fountain, Galleria Borghese, Medici Villa, Termini Station, museums, churches. Beautiful breakfast garden. Attentive staff, large room, comfortable bed, antique furniture. "
"It’s such a unique building and the price was perfect! It’s in a fantastic location (within couple blocks to trevi fountain and tons of shops/restaurants as soon as you step out the door). Extremely spacious.
The wifi was really spotty but by the last day it was working great so maybe it got fixed. The only weird thing was they had shampoo/body wash for the shower but it was next to the sink and you couldn’t move it , rendering it useless for the shower.
The front desk clerk was fantastic. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier with the cleaning lady but there was some confusion and we felt she was a little curt.
The front desk clerk set up a ride service to the airport for a very early flight and he showed up early which was great. His driving terrified us a little but seems most drivers in Italy drive really fast.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!"
