"Very good hotel in excellent location. One of the best ever breakfasts."

"They had no air conditioning in neither of my two rooms. They change one of the rooms to another room after complaining but also without air conditioning. My main issue was not that they had issues with the air, it is that they act like is a surprise and keep playing with you like you will not complain that you are sweating in your room while the corridors outside have air, and that their solution for my troubles was to say we will not charge the tourist tax in one of the rooms (15 euro) "

"This hotel is 150 years old and you can see the splendor it must have had way back in the marble stairs, columns and some hotel paintings on each floor. The location is excellent and the breakfast outstanding."

"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "

"What a beautiful hotel! Fantastic location in the Piazza Navona - central to everything. Located in a former palace - and it feels like it. Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Luxurious without being pretentious. Delicious full buffet breakfast every day. Very helpful, friendly staff who were eager to please -- arranged for taxis, happily answered questions about the city, etc. A bonus -- a lovely courtyard as an outdoor option for sitting and relaxing after a long day of walking. The hotel was a little more expensive than other options we looked at, but well worth the extra money. Would highly recommend."
