"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and positive attitude. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in. The level of service throughout our stay was excellent. Housekeeping kept the room clean and refreshed every day, which made a big difference in our comfort. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. Overall, we are very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and supported. "We booked two rooms. We got there and we were informed that they do not have two rooms that they had one appartment.... at the end we had to stayed in an "apartment" with one room that was divided into two by a door. Terrible service. They did not clean the room the second day because they were busy..."

"It is just 10 min easy walk from piazza S. Pietro and the Vatican, it allows you to check in late (has staff on site). The room was small but perfect for my need, hot water, tv, breakfast. Everything was great. Very happy with the stay."
