My wife and I loved our stay here! It was a cute little spot that felt more like a local studio apartment than a hotel. The hosts were polite and helpful, the location was amazing, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Residenze Adriana is a perfect place to stay if you come to visit Rome. 5 minutes walk to Vatican and old city area. Plenty of restaurants and bars surrounded. Very quiet and safe. The residence itself was clean and the host very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to stay in this place in case we have to be in Rome

Fabulous little Rome hotel - a real gem.

Fabulous little hotel. Great location around 10 minute walk from the Vatican. Small and friendly guest accommodation with a handful of clean comfortable modern rooms. Great host who kindly left snacks plus water in fridge for us. Feels very safe and secure and rooms very quiet despite busy location. Nice neighbourhood with restaurants shops and bus stop few minutes away. The owner kindly arranged our private transfer from the airport to hotel after liasing by email.Highly recommended and great value....a real little gem 👌

Great value and location

Lovely welcome, couldn't have been any more helpful - Thank you !! Great location as its walking distance from St Peters Square or to the Vatican Museum, and around 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. For a budget break to Rome, clean and functional and great service, you cant beat this.

Comfortable Self Service & remote watapps help

Located at a short walk to San Angelo Castle, as well as 15min walk to Vatican City as well as Piazza Navona across the other side of Tiber River. Surrounding areas has many restaurants and a few supermarkets, plus an airport bus stop to FCO. Room is renovated and very clean, bath room is modern, happy with the stay. One suggestion is to have an individual hair dryer coz the current build in hair blower take a bit more time. Camilla provide very fast response & support via watapps.

The property is a little hidden but that’s what makes it even better and cute! Staff is great and very kind, personal and helpful mom and daughter duo I am assuming! Give us great pizza recommendations! It is a very quiet nice room and seems to be pretty central to everything as we walked 1.2km or 1 mile to Trevi fountain and now walking 1.2km to Vatican City! Would definitely stay again!

The owner Camille was very helpful giving us directions days prior to our stay and even help us with booking with the attraction ticket and places to go. She was very accomodating and friendly which is big plus for me . The only thing is the wifi, it can’t reach in our room but otherwise it was a good stay and the room was cleaned all the time . I will highy recommend the place and will definitely come back . Thanks Camille

We stayed there for 4 nights and we couldn’t have chosen better. I am celiac and was able to eat at gluten free restaurants at a walking distance from Adriana. The staff was exceptional and even provided gluten free items without extra cost. Amazing time!!!

This was a quaint little place to stay in Rome within walking distance to the Vatican. Very clean, only a few rooms. Bathroom was large and very clean and shower had great pressure. Camilla was great to work with , and was very helpful with information about how best to get around , and very sweetly left us snacks with rose petals on our bed the night before we checked out. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so lovely, providing coffee, spritz and snacks when we returned in the afternoon after a day of exploring the city. My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs bc you are at ground level with cars driving by all hours of the night. But that’s not anything that can be controlled, you’re in the city.

The host Camilla is very helpful and friendly. Easy to talk with and always draw an extra mile to satisfy her guest. The location itself is in the very center of almost great places in Rome. We had a wonderful time and Camilla was amazing. It was my birthday and one afternoon we got back to the room and there was two champagne glasses champagne and a birthday card. This was not expected but so appreciated. Camilla definitely took care of us.

First, the owner/manager was fantastic. She was helpful in every way possible. We had issues with the WiFi in our room and she went out of her way to provide an alternate solution. Secondly, if I could offer any advice, it would be to invest a very small amount of money on the tv in the room. The tv on the wall was about the size of a laptop and was not a smart tv. Having a bigger tv with applications would have made the evening time experience more enjoyable. It’s the way that about every hotel we stay in operate. But for the positive side, the location of the hotel is top notch and extremely accessible to all the major sites. The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. There is unlimited dining options within easy walking distance. And as I stated, the manager made us feel like family and really valued our experience. It’s a hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Tips for cruise passengers visiting Rome

We had just completed a cruise and traveled by train to Rome city centre from the Civitavecchia port.The shuttle bus from the Civitavecchia port to the Civitavecchia train station was 6 euros per person and was very conveniently parked next to the cruise line transfer buses to the airport.It took about 60 min and cost less than 5 euros per person. Be careful when you arrive a the Civitavecchia train station, do not buy your ticket from the 2 tourist kiosks outside the station. Walk in the station and buy your ticket from the machine or the person behind the wicket. The taxi ride from the San Pietro train station in Rome to the hotel was 11 euros including the cost of the suitcases. The hotel is perfectly located: close to the Vatican, the Castle of San' Angelo, lots of restaurants and shops. When it is time to go home, the hotel is located within a 2-3 min walk to the SIT bus shuttle that brings you directly to the airport for a cost of 8 euros per person. The drive is about 45 minutes.
