We had a wonderful time and Hotel Nationale was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Rome. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The rooms were nice and clean.

Hotel Nazionale is across from the prime minister residence and parliament. Centrally located, near all the historical sites, with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again.

The girl at the front reception on June 29th was not very helpful when asked about where to get drinking water for our daily medication. We are satisfied with everything except the customer service at the front desk. All she said was she doesn’t know and didn’t want to help further

We had two rooms, and both were huge, the decoration impressive. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Very close to Travi fountain, and Spanish steps. Excellent hotel!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we experienced at this property. The property felt like our home away from home each day that we returned following our myriad of adventures in Rome. There were thoughtful touches throughout our experience such as the slippers and the attention at breakfast. I would be delighted to stay here during any future visits to Rome. The room was immaculately clean and the property is full of the character you would expect in the city centre. Very accessible and easy walk to so many remarkable sites like Trevi and Piazza Navona.
