Very clean and quiet, very spacious room (403) and comfortable bed. Only drawback is elevator only goes to the third floor so you have to climb up and down stairs to get to the fourth floor. Staff is so nice and they did assist with our heavy bags.

Excellent location. Close to subway and bus tour stops for hop on/hop off type. Can easily walk to most places within 25 minutes. Took subway to Vatican to save some time. Lots of restaurants within 5 min walk.

My stay at Excellence Suite was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better experience there. Kevin and June were both lovely and any questions I had, they were both more than happy to answer them and their answers were detailed and helpful for someone that had never properly visited Rome before for a considerable length of time anyway. Both absolutely lovely people and couldn't have recommended nicer hosts. The accommodation was great and for myself was really convenient. Initially I walked from Termini station which was a 20 minute walk or so but that was okay as I wanted to get an idea of where it was by walking. Its actually really easy to get to by the underground at least so hopefully if I go there again as I hope to, I'll now know how to reach it by public transport. There is enough going on in terms of nightlife near where it is situated so really you are spoilt for choice as everything is within walking distance and public transport is handy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to be back next year at some point :)

Rooms and daily cleaning staff excellent. Room small but very well appointed. Bathroom much more modern than expected. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for public transportation anywhere in the city. Good range of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Front door lock was a bit tricky, not really secure. The entrance is on a side street which is cobbled and dark, but not unsafe. Stairwell not well lit after dark.

Just a really fantastic spot you can pretty much walk to most of the main attractions. Easy to catch a train as a station is literally like a four minute walk the staff are super friendly. They held their luggage as well as being just generally awesome room leaves a little bit to be desired as we booked a quadruple expecting just a little bit more soccer themed. It was kind of weird But overall fantastic day. Also, the checkout time was posted at 11 o’clock on the website and they told us it was 10 on the day of check out. Also, it’s listed as a bed-and-breakfast and they no longer offer breakfast so…

Staff was great. Facilities were adequate. Quite different from American [Hampton Inn Quality] motel, but adequate. Be sure to have european electrical adapters. Wash cloths not provided if you are used to that. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
