The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area is noisy but then again it is downtown Rome.

Luxurious and spacious room for families, located right outside Trevi Fountain. Staffs were absolutely amazing and helped throughout our stay. They cleaned the rooms every day. Close to attractions, bus stops and great dining options. Only downside I see if access to kitchen utensils (pots, pans) were limited to staff hours.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was also very clean and in a great location (walking distance to all the major sites). My only real complaint was the lack of water pressure and lack of signage that lets you know the hotel entrance is on the forth floor. It’s in the heart of a busy area so late night people partying and yelling at 1 am made it a bit noisy.

The location is perfect .... right in the middle of all the major attractions and we walked everywhere. Our room was very spacious with a huge oversize bed and two couches. The downsides are: There is very little water pressure and the hot water is not very hot, a bad combination. It was cold and rainy and there was no heat in our room so we had to use blankets to stay warm. We were on the 4th floor (piano 3) and the elevator broke on the second day.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we were not able to stay in the room we originally booked. However, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and found us another place to stay nearby.
