"This is our 2nd year renting this property and it is always amazing. This property is situated up on a hill overlooking Roses Bay. Beautiful views, near Cami de Rhonda and beach, 15 min to city center, close to many restaurants (walking). Large rooms, clean. Lots of stairs so not appropriate for small kids or physically challenged; although there is an elevator. Kitchen could be improved in terms of utensils and gear, dishwasher was a bit wonky (not secured to the counter so kept coming out)....

"A wonderful villa with superb views across the bay and spectacular sunsets over the Pyrenees. Lots of areas to relax whether by the pool or around the villa. Spacious rooms with everything needed to enjoy the stay. Fantastic hosts always ready to provide recommendations and answer questions. Quite a steep hill up to the villa but absolutely worth it when you reach it. We had a brilliant holiday."

"Great property for family of six. Its a bit of a drive up the steep streets of El Fumats but upon arrival you are rewarded with a stunning view of the bay of Roses. The pool was wonderful. It is small but is perfect for splashing around and cooling down. There is lots to do in the area including Roses, Aquabrava waterpark, and plenty of beaches to choose from. It is possoble to walk directly from the villa up the hills behind which is a dramatic hike. The only downside was that the aircon...

"la maison correspond aux photos, elle est propre et bien située. Je noterai cependant qu'elle manque d'équipements (lampe de chevet, ampoules...), que le chauffage fonctionne mal et dans une des chambres il ne fonctionnait pas du tout, et que l'eau n'est pas très chaude. Mais c'est un bon rapport qualité prix."

"Maison fonctionnelle, moderne et très propre. Cristina, qui est à l'agence de Rosas est serviable , compétente et extrêmement gentille . Un seul Bémol: 2 villas étant jumelées, les bruits communiquent d'une maison à l'autre, surtout lorsque les voisins d'à côté sont très bruyant comme ceux que nous avons eu la dernière fois."

"Fantastic location with a magnificent view situated next to the National Park. A no-through road so little traffic with the occasional festival noise early evening drifting up the hill. Only a 10 minute drive way from the main town/supermarkets. Property finished to a high standard throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc and the two fridges were ample for our needs. Karen provided a wonderful welcome pack and even a water filter jug which gave us cold water rather than buying...

"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "

"Si vous voulez découvrir Rosas, Cadaqués, Girone, c'est la situation révée.Sortez des sentiers battus pour les restaurants dans le coeur de ville de petites pépites. Prenez le parking en sus pour ce garer c'est compliqué. Ne passez pas à côté du marché le dimanche matin et des halles. L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte le top !!! La literie est confortable et l'appartement bien équipé Le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la route, mais les Espagnols toujours aussi chaleureux. On reviendra...
