NO NEED FOR A CAR TO GET AROUND THE WHOLE MUNICIPALITY, NEW AND COMFORTABLE FURNITURE, VERY WELL-FITTED HOUSE, FREE WIFFY, LARGE TERRACE WHERE THE POOL IS LOCATED, WITH LARGE ELECTRIC BLINDS TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE SUN. THE TERRACE GOES AROUND THE HOUSE. LARGE GARAGE FOR 2 CARS PLUS A PARKING SPACE.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison située à quelques pas du centre où se trouvent toutes les commodités. Térésa est très accueillante et arrangeante. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci encore Térésa .

Super Villa in der Stadt

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund unterwegs. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Srand und in der Stadt.Das Haus ist super modern uns sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Vermieterin Teresa ist super.Jede Frage vor der Reise wurde schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Auch bei Fragen vor Ort gab es eine schnelle Antwort. Wir waren in diesem Haus sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

We realy enjoyed our stay. The house had everything it needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the owner was very nice and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a holiday in Roses.

Luxueuze villa

Fantastisch verblijf maar spijtig dat de weken voor ons verblijf de zon weinig geschenen heeft waardoor het water van het zwembad onvoldoende was opgewarmd. Alles was aanwezig zoals keukengerei, toestellen enz… Gewoonweg een toplocatie.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist mitsamt des Außenbereichs inklusive des Pools in einem äußerst sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses empfanden wir als perfekt. Einerseits zentral und damit fußläufig alles zu erreichen und andererseits liegt das Haus direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Die Gastgeberin Teresa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Ruime luxe woning met heerlijk zwembad. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar strand, stadje en boulevard. Wij hebben met het gezin een heerlijke week gehad Enig minpuntje.is dat het huis iets minder geschikt was voor ons kleinkind van 2 jaar. Verder prima ontvangst door Teresa

Tolles Haus mit anspruchsvoller Ausstattung

Toller Check-In durch Teresa, der lokalen Agentin. Ist sehr hilfsbereit und sprachlich sehr flexibel. Wir (5Personen) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig gut erreichbar und 5-10 Minuten als gemütlicher Spaziergang zum Strand.

Belle maison moderne

La maison est belle, moderne, bien entretenue et bien équipée. Elle est très bien située à proximité des commerces et de la mer. Clean House

Wir waren als Familie angereist und haben uns aufgrund der tollen Lage (Strand + Stadtnähe) dafür entschieden. Das Haus ist sehr modern und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos .Für uns jedoch war es etwas zu steril - sogar Salz- und Pefferstreuer waren ohne Inhalt. In dieser Preisklasse hätten wir uns ordentliche Gläser und Besteck gewünscht! Die Kommunikation funktionierte super, Teresa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Villa in Roses

Villa wie beschrieben. Gepflegt, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Durch die Lage an der Straße ist es ziemlich laut. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Leider kein Smart TV-Gerät und nur französische Sender.

Great place

The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there.

Beautiful villa

I did not expect he villa to be as lovely as on the listing… but it was. Immaculately clean beautifully uncluttered and modern ! 10 minutes walk to the beaches and more restaurants and bars than you could ever need ! 5 mins walk to supermarket !! Just fabulous!!

Top Haus in zentraler Lage

Super Haus und schöner Pool in zentraler Lage. Alles ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Klimaanlage gut und notwendig um diese Jahreszeit. WLAN vorhanden, wie auch alles andere was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Wobei wir gerne und recht preiswert zum Frühstücken (Sant Pau) oder Abendessen (Hotel Risech, sehr empfehlenswert) gegangen sind. Lediglich der grandiose Blick über die Bucht von Roses fehlt, um diesen zu Genießen muss man ein paar Serpentinen bergaufwärts gehen. Ein tolles Haus in toller Lage. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr.

Le séjour fut agréable et la maison bien placée permettant de se déplacer à pied. Quelques bémols : - compteur Clim évoqué une fois que la caution en espèces a été versée (si dépassement de la consommation autorisée, retenue sur la caution) - manque du nécessaire de base (papier wc - produit vaisselle - éponge - torchon …) —> nous avons dû nous équiper sur place …

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette villa spacieuse et très bien agencé avec tout le confort nécessaire, chambres spacieuses, literie confortable, super terrasse et l’emplacement est idéale près de tout pas besoin de voiture, malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car les températures ne si prêter pas et si j’ai quelque chose a redire sur cette villa c’est que la piscine pourrais âtre chauffée pour pouvoir profiter aussi un peut hors saison mais sinon il n’y a rien a redire Merci encore a Madame Sauri pour son agréable accueille Je conseille cette location sans hésité
