"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"Amongst the many hotels near Europa, we chose this one on the basis of the rooms, price, free wifi, breakfast included, and free parking. The hotel wi-fi however was not the best so we didn't bother with it but the hotel delivered on everything else. The staff were very accommodating as we ended up needing to arrive extremely late (3 a.m.) due to transport issues and they allowed my friends (who had arrived earlier and were staying elsewhere) to check us in to make sure we could get in our...

"Great room for 3 people with nice parking and breakfast. Very close to the park entrance of Europapark. Room was clean and spacious. Beds are OK, but can need a little upgrade or new matress. "
