Leider ein Zimmer im Eingangsbereich erhalten, da alles aussen mit Lichterdekoriert ist war im zimmer Nachts Taghell. Fenster konnt nicht geöffnet werden da direkt unter dem Fenster die ganzen Raucher standen. Eigentlich sehr schade für das Geld.

Einziger Minus Punkt für uns, dass die Matratzen für uns sehr unbequem sind. Dachten beim ersten Aufenthalt es liegt am Zimmer, aber auch jetzt in diesem Zimmer sehr schlecht und unbequem geschlafen. Am Positivsten wohl das riesige und leckere Frühstücksbuffet.

Schönes, sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Trotz Corona gut organisiert. Bars und Restaurants waren super wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Wer kein Kinderlärm beim Aufenthalt ertragen kann ist allerdings fehl am Platz.

Es ist einfach jedesmal ein Erlebnis eines der Themenhotels im Europapark zu besuchen. Auch das Bell Rock ist eine tolle Anlage, wenn etwas zu bemängeln ist dann die Preise beim Abendessen. Ansonsten einfach toll und auch trotz Corona konnten wir den Aufenthalt und die Wellness Einrichtungen nutzen.

Hôtel très haut de gamme, propreté irréprochable, chambre insonorisée, aucun bruit, personnel très pro, grand respect du client, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, tout aurait été parfait si il avait été précisé que la salle de bain et douche sont vitrées et donnent directement sur la chambre, du coup si vous partagez la chambre avec des ados ou amis, aucune intimité. j

Tolle Übernachtung mit der Familie

Wir besuchten das Hotel zum zweiten Mal. Die Atmosphäre ist grossartig, das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Einfach der Service in der Bar war etwas unkoordiniert. Aber das hat sicher grösstenteils mit der ausserordentlichen Situation zu tun. Wir kommen also gerne wieder.

Letzter Besuch im Europapark Resort

Freundlicher & zuvorkommender Empfang an der Rezeption. Etliche Einschränkungen infolge Corona, war uns aber klar! Einschränkungen oder Abstriche im Zimmer. Fernsehempfang lässt zu wünschen übrig da Stimme mit Bild nicht übereinstimmte. Auch die Senderauswahl. Schlechter Service beim Wellnessangebot und Poolbereich. - Zwei Tage vorher Online Massage Anfrage gestartet. Keine Antwort bekommen. Nachdem ich nachfragte konnten keine Termine mehr gebucht werden. - Poolbereich ist von 15:30 bis 21:00 Uhr offen. Leider, von 16:15 Uhr an werden keine Gäste mehr eingelassen da bereits ausgebucht. - Auch die Bar ist sehr schnell überbelegt. Ausweg: Durch das das Kronasar etwas ausserhalb liegt, kann man sich dort noch einen Platz im Barbereich oder im freien aussuchen. Grundsätzlich ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht mehr gegeben. Weniger Service, gleicher Preis ob im Europapark oder in den Hotelresorts

No sugar for you!!!!

Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region.

très belle décoration dans l'ensemble de l’hôtel; la salle de sport était bien équipée. le petit déjeuner était vraiment très moyen. la chambre était immense avec vue sur la piscine, par contre une bouteille d'eau à moitié bue avait été laissée par le service de ménage dans la chambre, inconcevable et dangereux en période de covid!
