"This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location."

Our 2 year old loved the yard and we loved that it was fenced in so he was safe to run around. "This property is very true to the listing. It was very clean and neat. The bedrooms were all a very nice size. The kitchen, dining room and living room was very spacious. It was an open concept that was very airy. There air flow was very good and you didn't need any air conditioning. The on-line welcome guide was very easy to navigate. There were two parking spots and the garage was empty and you could park in there as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped.
