"Es war sehr ruhig. Als wir ankamen war es noch nicht so schlimm. Die Wohnungen marode. Überall fällt der putz von der Wand. Pool naja. Nicht der sauberste. Wlan Fehlanzeige. Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige. Aber dann hatten wir ein Problem mit der Dusche. Entweder man ist erfrohren oder man hat sich verbrüht. Hausmeister kam, hat ein bisschen rum geschraubt und ging wieder. Kitchen small, 1 person only, and needs more equipment, or at least kitchen knives. Loved the barbeque and outside shower. The host asked for cash for sheets / linen and aircon use upfront , even tho it was not listed in the details on VRBO, but when we pointed that out they quickly repaid so no problem. "Il Sig. Leonardo è molto disponibile e gentile nel fornire consigli e supporto per il soggiorno. La casa è molto luminosa, pulita con un comodissimo, curato e coperto spazio all'aperto. La stanza matrimoniale è spaziosa, mentre le altre due stanze sono un po' più piccole. Barbecue in pietra all'aperto che abbiamo utilizzato più volte. Consigliamo visita in barca alle grotte della zona di Mattinata e a Monte Sant'Angelo. "

"Giovanni and Rosa were wonderful hosts, even though they were in the middle of the olive harvest. The apartment is quite large, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we've experienced. The rooftop terrace has an incredible view of the sunset over Lago di Varanno. It's a bit of drive to some of the other areas (e.g. the beautiful coastline south of Vieste), but that's true of most places on the peninsula because of the limited number of roads, most of which are quite narrow and twisty....

"We had a horrific experience at this property . DO NOT STAY HERE This is NOT a villa- it is a basement dwelling with no view and no light . The bedrooms are many steps down in a basement with very little light . It is a fire danger as if there is a fire upstairs there is no way to get out . Very disturbing and we could not sleep . The bed is horribly uncomfortable. There were hardly any essential items- little bit of toilet, no hand soap, no dish soap , even during covid . Terrible sheets and...
