" Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days celebrating a special birthday as a girls holiday and overall we were impressed, the facilities that we visited frequently (pool and bar!) were indeed 5* including being spoilt with some impressive live singing and dancers during the day. "Apartment was broken into while we slept and phone and bank cards and earrings were taken. Reported to reception and was told to go to police station to report but she wouldn’t do it. Another 10 apartments were also broken into, nothing done by the reception. Had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Didn’t have the room cleaned all week. Lots of others staying there also very disappointed with it "
