"Wow! Incredible Home and location that fit my crew of 7 perfectly. The property was clean and had everything you needed without searching for it. The property manager checked in with us right out of the gate and then left us alone but let us know they were only a phone call away and literally two doors down. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a larger group."

"Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...

"I am so glad that we found this place. The location for us was perfect, the beach was beautiful. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed and that we enjoyed her stay. He contacted us and gave us excellent tips on where to eat and what to do I highly recommend this rental!!!"

Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. "DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company."

If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections"

We were in regular communication with the owners via text, and any question was answered within a few minutes. The pool, hot tub and private path to the beach (2 minute walk) were the highlights. Views of the gulf from the second story and even the kitchen were welcome surprises. We will be back again for sure."
