"Everything was clean and in good working order. Area around the motel fronts the interstate and looks like they just finished working on it -- not necessarily the motel's fault, just looks messy. Not much nearby, you have to drive to get to much, but if you're just getting off the interstate for the night, there's enough right next door to eat, gas up, and get back on the road."

"We had a great time while we were in the area loving all the FALL beautiful colors. We made a trip to the lighthouses in St. Joseph, the carousel, and shopping downtown St. Joseph!! We visited the Old Rugged Cross Church too!! If you want a great local Michigan beer, check out Sister Lake Brewing Co.!! Sage’s place was beautiful, and comfortable! Clean too… perfect tv’s to catch the Ohio State Game. There is a Keurig for morning coffee, and coffee provided. "

"This was the perfect spot to get away. My wife and I spend a weekend every year at a little cabin where we review our marriage and refocus. We always like to explore the area and Dowagiac was a gem of an area to go. Sage was our contact and he checked on us multiple times. We had one issue with our bed and he was not only prompt but he made sure to make it right. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet getaway."

"There's Nothing I can say bad about this little hidden gem in the Coloma? Hagar Shores area. Very clean. Perfect size for a couple with a few kids, or a few friends just out to have fun ad explore all the great little restaurants, breweries, distilleries, beaches and the many quaint little towns all along the coast of S.W. Michigan. Steve the host. I cant say enough about his immediate responses to any of our questions. Such a lovely host. I would definitely recommend this little hidden gem...

Wedding weekend in St. Joseph
"I booked this for my husband and 4 adult children and their significant others to be together for a family wedding. It was a fantastic place to stay and have family time. Pool table was a HUGE hit, as well as the ping pong table, projection TV and outdoor space for our 4 legged family members to take a break. Kitchen is big, and we also enjoyed the various tables and nooks for small conversations. And, to say we stayed in a “church” for the weekend was a big hit as well. Highly recommend for other larger groups!!"
