"Everything was great until the morning. The gal who checked me in was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. She scheduled an airport pickup for 6:30, told me to be in the lobby 5 minutes early. She said breakfast started at 6, but if I was running late I could request a complimentary breakfast bag. The next morning, I came down at 6:20, asked for the breakfast bag, and the gal told me to get breakfast, that she would make sure the shuttle didn’t leave without me.
