Rate is very fair for Chicago. Hotel is classy nice. Staff professional and friendly. Good shuttle service to and from O'Hare airport taking only 15-minutes. Best location if coming and going from O'Hare. Mirage lounge and restaurant cozy and friendly with good service and outstanding food. Would highly recommend.

Front desk was kind and helpful but the hotel is pretty run down hotel . We stayed because our flight was delayed. phone was not working , carpet was old and stained , it did not look clean. They do have a reliable shuttle to the airport. Bed was comfortable and I’m happy they could give extra pillows .

This was a last minute booking for a concert near the airport. We arrived early and the staff was learning a whole new system and they were great! Helpful, got us checked in early and were very friendly. The front lobby looked great and updated, we were on the 5th floor and it was a bit dated, but nothing to be bothered by. The room was clean, did not have a fridge, but we were only staying one night. There's a nice restaurant downstairs with great food! Plan to book here again, if we need a flight out of Chicago!

I did not read reviews until after our stay. This property was perfectly acceptable. The bedding was clean, towels were clean and room was clean and ac worked wonderfully. The staff was very nice, and ride to/from hotel was good too. This hotel might have some age but still very nice oh and free parking. We would stay here again.

Room smelled like smoke and the room looked super outdated. The couch had stains and bathroom was super outdated as well and not clean. The lobby was the most updated part of the hotel. The only upside is that the staff was very nice.

Everything!!! From reading online reviews after booking, I read that the rooms/bathrooms were not cleaned, dirty sheets, etc. No microwave or fridge. Our room, my sister and I, room was the opposite. It was clean, the mattress was perfect, we had a fridge with water bottles, clean bathroom and room, and we had a fridge. The food at the restaurant? Phenomenal!!! My sister and I ordered the fish and chips when we arrived WAY early for check-in and stayed there until check-in, was really good. We ate there the night before we left and ordered the same thing. Phenomenal food. Hat off to the chef!!!

Check in was so fast and easy. Our bathroom had trash left in the trash bin and a used hand towel on the bathroom counter. The bathroom in general was not cleaned at all. The room itself was decent and beds were very comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was okay for the night.
