Hot coffee and hot water available in the lobby at all times, a nice table and multiple chairs to feed everyone, microwave was super useful (which even 4 star hotels won't have by default), spacious fridge. "We found the hotel very family friendly. I travel a lot and the little details made me feel very comfortable. The toilets were a bit lower which helped my kid.
