This is always my go-to hotel in Seaside. Conveniently located close to downtown and the rooms are clean and many have ocean views. Staff is courteous and they have a nice breakfast area.

I love this place for location, location, location! You can lay in bed and see the ocean. Restaurants, shops, and fun activities are steps away. Hi-Tide also has comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a lovely indoor pool and hot tub. Staff is always friendly and helpful. 5 stars all around, except for the bathroom fan. I really wish they would update that.

The property is old, but well maintained. There were limited food options nearby, but the room had a refrigerator so that wasn't a problem. Because we were in an accessible room with a handicap parking spot, we had to park a few rooms away, but we could unload. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Seaside. Can't beat the location, right on the promenade and near to Broadway Street. They are very pet friendly and even provided treats, water bowl, and blankets for our dogs. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well kept.
