"My stay at the Lime Hotel in Gurgaon was average at best and fell short on some basic expectations.
From an amenities standpoint, the property is fairly limited. The room itself was not well-equipped - there was no proper work desk, which is a miss for business travelers.
There were also maintenance issues. The shower head was broken, and the water temperature control didn’t work properly - it only ran extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to use.

"I arrived and called, and was told that they are no longer open and no longer rent rooms, so I had to find somewhere else that night to stay even though I had gotten a confirmation from Expedia about this room. Terribly disappointed."
