My stay at the Lime Hotel in Gurgaon was average at best and fell short on some basic expectations. From an amenities standpoint, the property is fairly limited. The room itself was not well-equipped - there was no proper work desk, which is a miss for business travelers. There were also maintenance issues. The shower head was broken, and the water temperature control didn’t work properly - it only ran extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to use. For international travelers, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not have pre installed ports or provide plug adapters, which is a basic convenience many properties typically offer. I also had to request a room change. Unfortunately, the replacement room was not an improvement - it had no windows and was located next to the kitchen, which meant constant noise and noticeable food odors. Overall, the experience was below expectations, especially considering these are fairly fundamental aspects of a comfortable stay.
