The club next to the hotel played loud music until 0530 every day. There is no ice machine. I had to either purchase ice at the store or ask the staff for ice. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The restaurant selection wasn't that great either. This is a party area.

The hotel is really run down. The pool was also not open and there wasn’t really any mention of why. It’s a bit of a party area so our neighbours in the hotel came home at 5am and were being very loud (not the fault of the hotel). The hotel was in a convenient spot right next to a metro station but I wouldn’t stay in Itaewon again.

There is little to add about this hotel to what everyone else says. It is convenient to Itaewon and the night life but it is INCREDIBLY NOISY (like everywhere else around), especially on a Friday and Saturday night - which continues until 6am. Otherwise it is clean enough and the staff are kind enough. Probably worth mentioning that that pool (as of 1st June 2024) is not open - which doesn't warrant any reduction in price apparently.

Great location but the pool was closed and the gym opens late on the weekends. Rooms were clean and spacious but there was a bad smell in the corridor sometimes. Since it close to Itaewon, it is really noisy because of the clubs, so would not recommend if you are a loght sleeper

Staff was very helpful, and provided the necessary information for how the room operates.There was loud music playing from a nearby bar during the night that made it difficult to sleep, but ear plugs were provided which helped, and I was thankful they were given.

In general the hotel is better than ok. Its clean and staff is very friendly. Also found the Korean sauna amazing in the basement. Unfortunately this hotel is extremly not suitable for prople who are tired after long busy day and need quiet room for the rest. There is number of night clubs around, opened till the morning for all week spreading the monkey music and students shouts.
