Everything was amazing but after we had checked out and one of us had forgotten our cell phone in the room, they did drive it over to the train station and that’s going above and beyond. "This is my third time here. First I chose it because of the location. It’s literally 3 minutes from the train station and from the airport bus stop at Piazza del Principe. Also very close to cruise terminal. Once I tried I liked it. The beds are strong and comfortable with personal light and plugs option. Every room has a bathroom. Not all beds are bunk beds. I was in a room with 4 single beds in now. We can have lots of free stuff, like Americano coffee, free food in the kitchen and toiletries...

"Comfortable hotel in a quiet, open, green area. Excellent large free car parking. Very pleasant dining room overlooking the terrace and hills beyond. Breakfasts were good (help yourself hot and cold buffet). Dinners were excellent with a limited but interesting menu of mainly Italian and local dishes - portions were large. Service in the dining room was excellent. There's no lunch option at the hotel so we used the Centro Commerciale just a block away."
