It was close to everything. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel rooms could use a bit of renovation. The lobby doesn't represent the rooms. The A/C doesn't cool. We ended up opening the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful

A good hotel and across the road from Brignole station. The carpet in our room was worn and stained. The room had good blackout curtains and no noise heard from road traffic. Courteous staff. A happy stay at the hotel.

Comfortable stay

Hotel looked a little dated in the lobby. Room was very nice although it was €25 per night parking. So we upgraded as that was included. But the room ended up costing over €200 for one night which is a lot. Complimentary minibar (soft drinks) was welcomed.

Very nice and comfortable but a bit old

Very comfortable stay, clean and good service. The bed is nice and big and the sheets and showers are very nice. The hotel is a little bit old and outdated and could use a refresh. There is a lack of plugs in the room also. Overall however a good stay.

Very slow in reception and very surly when dealing with anything other than trying to get you to pay for an upgrade and then still try to charge for the “free drinks”. Beds are good and location but will try another hotel next time

At first the VIP room upgrade was not given. I decided to enquire as I didn't feel the room was up to standard. The reception said it was at the hotel discretion but reluctantly found me a better room. The deluxe room was lovely - so very pleased I asked. As I didn't have a vehicle I didn't need the parking voucher - i think this should have been changed to a breakfast, mini bar or bar voucher.

Albergo più che datato. Per la misera somma di 360 euro mi hanno dato una stanza microscopica con il condizionatore anni 50, rumorosissimo e con un efficienza quasi pari a zero. L’acqua della doccia veniva pianissimo e tiepida. insomma, albergo disastroso. La sola cosa che si salva è la posizione molto comoda
