"Friendly staff, rooms are basic but clean, they give you free bottles of water. Great value and close proximity to MVP Arena. The only downside was that sound travels and we could hear anything in the hallway and the room next door too easily (we had a room that was attached by a locked door to the room next to it). Was great for one night, but if multiple nights, we might have switched rooms for noise reasons."

"When I’m researching a hotel, I like to read other reviews. I am looking for a review that mentions cockroaches. That is the dealbreaker. One review with cockroaches and I’m out. I didn’t see any review for this hotel for cockroaches so I went ahead and booked it and I’m glad I did. I didn’t see any cockroaches or any other bugs. The staff was extremely friendly, even having a tiny screwdriver on hand so that I could fix my glasses. There was coffee out that was nice and hot anytime I wanted it....
