"Very clean. Great market two doors down. Restaurant next door provides excellent breakfast. Lavov Most metro station on M2 line is right across the street. Take M4 metro line from airport to Serdika stop. Transfer to M2 line heading for Obelya. Lavon Most is next stop. Look for exit from metro to Maria Luisa. "

"Location, location, location! Hotel is right on a magnificent pedestrian street downtown; people watching, many restaurants fast food and sit down with table cloth), shopping, etc. Hotel has very nice rooms, and the breakfast restaurant (part of the hotel) adjoins the pedestrian street."

"Hotel was spotlessly clean and service throughout the hotel was excellent. The hotel was modern, new carpets and modern furnishings. Our room was excellent and the lift takes you up to each floor. The breakfast was superb, very large range of continental plus cooked food such as an English breakfast, the coffee out of the two machines was exceptional. The staff were always so helpful and very nice to chat to, also very knowledgeable. The hotel is 15 mins walk from metro Serdika and easy to find. The pavement before the hotel is uneven and at night it was quite dark so be aware but was very safe in the neighbourhood. Our favourite eaterie was Spaghetti Kitchen bar in Svetla, the food is to die for and cheap, two main meals plus dessert £25, also they catered very well for gluten free. Near the hotel is a local Billa supermarket which has a very comprehensive range of food and drink etc. Overall thankyou to the hotel for a fabulous stay."
