"The location of this hotel is great, but if you arrive with heavy luggage, it’s a challenge to get up 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It’s also noisy because of the restaurant next door. Other things that I wasn’t pleased with was that there were some small ants on the floor of my room and that the room wasn’t made up after the first day. I thought even boutique hotels had daily housekeeping. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! Marijana personally met me to give me the key and show me around. She also arranged a taxi from the airport for me. "Great location, although a bit hidden/difficult to find. Was able to keep in touch with reception and she came out and guided us where to go so it was much easier to find. She was very kind and gave us tips for our trip. The room was very spacious and clean with all of the amenities we needed! We are right in the middle of the main strip which was great since everything was walking distance! Overall great stay, we enjoyed it!"

"I had one more night in Split after my week of sailing around the Croatian islands. This is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Palace. Be prepared for a 1/4 mile walk or so rolling your luggage as cars are not allowed in the city center. And be sure to wear ‘proper shoes’ as the steps up to the hotel are centuries old and polished slick! Very clean, very nice and comfortable. Also be prepared for a lot of noise until the sidewalk cafes and bars close at midnight. "
