The hotel is so central for the St James park tube station, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster & the Thames. We were allocated a twin room, very clean, spacious and had all the facilities you would require. "Pleasantly surprised with this hotel, not a style of hotel we usually go for, but certainly will do again. Felt cosy and was well equipped with iron etc. Lovely tea tray with fresh milk in the fridge. The welcome drink was also a lovely gesture and breakfast was superb both in terms of choice and taste. The whole experience surpass the price paid and we would use this hotel again and try others by Fullers. "

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. "At first I was a bit disappointed because my Tower was a bit 'rundown' / needed some TLC & my 'window view' was truly awful. However, given the location near Waterloo Station those options are limited! BUT that impression changed as I settled & realised what value I was getting for my money! "Absolutely incredible stay, gutted we were only there for one night! Fabulous breakfast, willing to help, received a discount and voucher on arrival to use in their pub (pies were soooo tasty). Only negative thing would be the lift is slightly slow but honestly not even an issue with limited rooms. I was surprised the lift was there! We were given a free upgrade to the “Hitchcock room” which was beautiful and more than enough space for all needs. Again, amazing stay highly recommend. "
