"Sarah’s communication was brilliant. The property is a in a beautiful rural location. The photos are fab, but don’t do the property justice, it was excellent. The attention to small details like having bed guards, high chairs etc available was brilliant, and the welcome basket of Cornish goodies was a lovely touch. "A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"Our family enjoyed our one week holiday staying at this home! It was great location to all we wanted to see and do in Cornwall, as well as being a clean home with great features. We made use of the kitchen every morning and evening, cooking our own meals (and a table that fits 6!). Everything we needed for cooking was provided.
