"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again."

"As a family we absolutely adore St Ives and have been visiting for over ten years in all seasons. To find accommodation as lovely as this cottage made our stay even more brilliant. We checked in very easily and were greeted with a clean and lovely cottage (& a cute welcome basket of goodies) The decor and furnishings were lovely with a real Cornish feel. We have a dog and have previously stayed in houses to find the smell of the previous visitors to still be lingering... We were really pleased...

"We stayed for a week at this Edwardian flat situated high above Carbis Bay and near the coastal path. We woke up to coastal views from the master bedroom and I often had my coffee looking out to the sea. The property has a nice balcony with grand views up the coastline. If you like historical properties you'll like this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the listing description is accurrate. I would highly recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful stay! A slice of Paradise. Such an idyllic setting with inspiring views from this lovely beach house where we enjoyed a glass of wine on our terrace, watching the kite surfers and little fishing boats go by. The garden was so enchanting, it was a joy admire all the pretty flowers on our way as we meandered down to the beach below. We were aware beforehand that there was no onsite parking and the only downside was finding the hotel. Although there is a post code it doesn't help. You need to park in the station car park. The hotel is then found down a flight of steps."
