Luxury 2 Bed 2 Bathrooms Apartment Carbis Bay - Seaviews from all rooms!

Seaview is a stunning first floor luxury apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high specification. The apartment has amazing sea views across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse from both bedrooms and distant sea views towards St Ives Island from the lounge, kitchen and balcony. Located just above Carbis Bay Beach, one of the best in the UK, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the water's edge and an ideal base for exploring the many wonderful attractions West Cornwall has to offer.

The property is light and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a well equipped newly refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, with a comfortable lounge / diner, all of which lead out onto the balcony. The balcony itself has a table and four chairs and is a perfect sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening, ideal for having a drink whilst watching the sun go down!

There are flat screen TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and a Sonos One smart speaker. In addition there is a good range of games and books to keep you entertained. Outside the apartment there is a private parking space in addition to visitor parking available on a first come first served basis.

Carbis Bay with its blue flag beach is a great location and easy to reach by road or rail. The small train station located just a stone's throw away will take you into St Ives within 3 minutes and is probably the most scenic journey you are likely to take. Alternatively a walk along the coastal path with its breathtaking views of the bay will take around 20 minutes.

St Ives is a true gem with its cobbled streets, picturesque harbour, golden beaches and abundance of galleries and restaurants. It's easy to see why it was voted the 'best UK coastal resort' for 2012! And don't forget, this is just a taste of what Cornwall has to offer. With the Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Flambards, Lands End and Paradise Park, to name but a few, there really is something for everyone.

Seaview is highly recommended for couples and families alike.

Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous setting. Fantastic sea views and a wonderful feeling of tranquility. Great for the coastal walk into St Ives and the little train home again, with the station being located just below the apartments. Lovely owners to deal with. And we loved the basket of goodies that welcomed us on arrival!

Stunning!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning.

Comfortable, superb location, great views.

We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Very nicely furnished and comfortable apartment with great views from all windows. Great location 2 minutes from Carbis Bay station or a 35 minute walk into St Ives. Would highly recommend. Will probably be back.

Lovely stay and great hosts.

Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again!

Very nice place. A bonus for us inasmuch as we didn't have a car with us was the train station. Convenient transport to St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole etc.

Our only place to stay in Cornwall. Unbelievably comfortable, spotlessly clean, great views, cosy, easy beach and train access (a mere 3 mins on the train to St Ives for less than £2) parking space. Fabulous quality fixtures and fittings, everything you need including board games and books. amazing location (we hardly used the car as the apartment is right beside the train station or the coastal walk access to st Ives c. 30 mins). We had a wonderful week here. The weather was gladiolus, we loved it!

The best stay ever

I don't know where to start , from the second we walked through the door we were blown away by how beautiful this place really is. The hosts have made this a home , not just a holiday retreat. Everything about our stay from start to finish was a dream, the area is amazing with a few minutes walk to the wonderful Carbis Bay beach or if you want you can grab the train to go into St Ives. I cant recommend this place highly enough. The flat is by far the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever rented . Hosts score a 10/10 , cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 . Honestly if we could, we would have stayed forever. Views are awesome.

Wonderful accommodation

I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. It is spacious, extremely clean, well stocked and perfectly situated for the train while being quiet and secluded. The welcome pack of provisions was very generous and much appreciated. We loved the distant view of St Ives. How welcome and refreshing to find a clean, relaxing apartment that doesn't take pets. Great stay on the seaside

We had a brilliant time at this apartment. The location is truly magical and it was great to open the windows and listen to the sea and birds singing. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and well thought out so we had a comfortable stay. The welcome basket was truly appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning to stay in/around St Ives or in West Cornwall in general. Major sights like the Minack Theater, Land's End, Penzance are all within a short drive. We really wish we could have stay longer! Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to return soon.

Fantastic flat in a stunning location

Lovely large flat, clean, modern and very comfortable. The location was great eight minute walk to the stunning beach and 3 minute walk to the train station which went to st Ives, we could of walked to St Ives about 30 minutes on the coastal walk but the weather had been wet so might have been muddy. Everything in the flat you need. We would return

Wonderful Retreat

We came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend. The apartment is clean, quiet, bright and airy. Tastefully decorated in a beachy style. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have two full bathrooms and lots of space. Thank you so much, Ashley and Claire!

Perfect apartment with lovely views in a great location.

Seaview is a really lovely apartment in a great location just a short walk from the beach. Decoratively it is extremely well done in relaxing neutral tones and the apartment was immaculately clean. We found the beds and sofas very comfortable and the well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms were a joy. The hosts were exceptionally good with communications and the booking process was very straightforward. We loved sitting out on the balcony and looking out over Carbis Bay with the added bonus of having sea views from both bedrooms too. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back soon!

Absolutley perfect..

We had good directions to the property. The property was in a beautiful place overlooking the bay. Very clean, lovely decor and everything that you needed. Seaview was in the perfect location easy train ride 5 mins to St Ives so didn't need the car.. Short walk to the sea. We had a welcome basket on arrival which was so nice and milk for a much needed cuppa after a long journey. We were very pleased with everything and will definatley book again when returning to Cornwall..

Fabulous Seaview.

We stayed in Ashley and Claire’s apartment Seaview in Carbis Bay for a week. It was a real home from home being beautifully appointed so comfortable with gorgeous soft furnishings and coastal art. Everything was provided for guests to be completely at home with super comfy beds, a really relaxing lounge with large TV and lovely well equipped kitchen. The coastal views from all sides of the apartment are lovely and the easy quick walk to Carbis Bay was wonderful and great for a pre breakfast walk (or swim).
