"Great stay with family and friends. Good location and close to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Two small pools in the hotel great for a chill day. Parking can be tricky at times due to space but we were always lucky enough to find some street parking close then the car park was full. "

"Hotel was very good, food was delicious, Branded drinks were available in the bar as well as a good choice of cocktails. Staff were friendly, helpful and work very hard. Enjoyed visiting the Greedy Monkey gastro pub and the Italian restaurant. Evening entertainment was a musician in the bar, some nights definitely better than others. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Santana. I came on my own with my 2 children and felt really safe. The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and location was perfect for wandering around or getting buses. "

This was an excellent price for value, while in a budget category, it contained all basic amenities, I needed. "To be completely fair. For the price I wasn’t expecting the ritz. However standard hygiene and cleanliness shouldn’t have to be shocking. From dirty socks in the balcony. To poor repair jobs. Loud noises throughout the night from their systems whether it be air con or constant running water sound. Bodged repair jobs on doors leaving huge gaps and noisy people staying at the hotel. Less than desirable breakfast. But staff are ok and it’s not too far from St Paul’s for a walk albeit plenty of...

"It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. Apparently there was a leak from our apartment to the one below that we were not aware of so we had to have plumbers in our apartment while we weren’t there. The Cardor part of the complex...
