"My wife and enjoyed St. Pete’s. This condo was very clean and comfortable. It was provisioned with everything we needed. Upon our arrival our host greeted us with fresh bagels, Popcorn and pretzels which was a nice touch. We did not use the pool facilities because it was freezing when we were there. Although it looked nice. Other tenants in this big building were very friendly! It’s a perfect location for a baseball game. The walk to downtown was manageable."

"Very clean, safe location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Only real issue with the property that we experienced was that our hot water heater wasn’t heating up. The maintenance guys came quickly, and fixed the issue. They were very professional, personable, and polite. Also, no on-site parking, which was a little inconvenient. Most of the parking around the hotel is only 2 hour parking between 8 am -6 pm. There are parking lots within a 10-15 minute walk. After 6 pm you can park overnight...

"The hotel is dated, but very clean. I was told prior to booking that the elevators don't work, it was also posted on expedia that elevators aren't available. The staff asked me several times if they could carry our bags to the 2nd floor to make it easier for guests. I wish i could remember the staff names, because they are honestly the nicest people. They are so accommodating and friendly. "
