"Had to be in the area for 2 weeks and found this gem. It has been professionally decorated and is very cozy with so many seating areas inside and out. This home sits in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the main arteries that can get you downtown or to the beach. Of special note, the air conditioning quit working in the middle of our stay and the owner was so fast to deliver. The owner responded almost immediately to our texts and had someone out within 2 hours to fix it! Outstanding...

"Our family of 3 young adults and 2 parents got together for their brother’s college graduation. This property was perfect for our group. Location close to beach and just 15-20 minutes from St Petersburg was ideal. House is just as advertised. Clean, well-stocked. Smart tvs, laundry, coffee maker all new and work well. Neighborhood is a pretty typical golf course set up with some walking paths but not a lot of shade, if that’s your thing. Communication with property manager Bonnie was first rate....

"The carriage house was wonderful... great location, exceptionally clean. Lisa was quick to respond with a few questions I had. The extra little things... make up wipes, Brita water pitcher, pop tarts, fruit snacks - that was great being that I didn't arrive until late Sunday night. The pool was lovely and relaxing with the waterfall. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!"

"This is a beautifully renovated home. At first glance the community looked a little questionable but it turns out this is a vibrant area with rapidly rising real estate values. We felt very safe. The nearby Grand Central area is another rapidly growing community with lots of great restaurants. LaLa had amazing drinks and food. A great bar to hang out in. We had a great time. Would love to rent this house again!"

"Great location if you plan to spend some time downtown, very easy to get a ride share quickly. Communication with the host was excellent. The house itself is dated - expect creaky floors and nothing fancy, but for art deco & Florida decor fans like myself, it was absolutely charming. Felt like a visit to great grandma’s house."
